Overview: The Lord commands that we no longer walk as who we were. And life outside of Christ is bleak as death. So, in Christ, we must put off and put on. What we do is changed. Our attitudes and how we think are transformed. This putting off and putting on affects how we speak. Our life in Christ reflects who we are -- it is real life in the body! Put off what you were as Gentiles; Put on what you are in Christ
