Overview: Rejoice as Sons, Adopted by God! Not just any “Sons of God” (Gen. 4:21, 6:4, 35:18; Job 1:6; Ps. 29:1, Mk. 3:17, Lk. 9:54) The only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ (2 Sam. 7:14-15, Ps. 2:7, Jn. 1:14, 18, 3:16, 18, Heb. 11:17, 1 Jn. 4:9) In Christ we call God our Father (Gal. 4:4-6, 2 Cor. 6:18, Ps. 103:13, Matt. 6:9) Know the Love of the Father (John 17:23) If sons, then heirs (Heb. 6:12, Rom. 8:17, 32, Eph. 3:6, Gal. 3:29, 4:1, 4, 7)
